28 have now visited the moon! 27 Americans and a friendly Canadian (jokes aside, I was pleased to see the two flags side by side inside Integrity; our history and our future are entangled and we should always be friends). I hope everyone has looked at the high resolution photos posted on NASA's web site.

Touché! 24 at the time the film was made.

No worries - I am happy it's not so simple anymore!

Your words also reminded me of the 2019 Apollo 11 documentary, which I remembered for its incredibly high quality footage that I thought was previously unknown. I had to go look it up. It turns out the 1989 documentary used then-unseen 16mm archival film of the Apollo program. But the 2019 documentary used additional, newly uncovered 70mm(!) film as well.

The photo framing the Earth over the crater blows my mind

I'd never heard of For All Mankind until my wife bought me the Criterion blu-ray for Christmas, but it's fantastic.

The AI image of Kmele in Rastafarian stylings of my people’s ancient garb is the kind of cultural appropriation I wholeheartedly support. We need more people in Scottish highland dress with tartan patterning colored by their heritage.

The AI gave Kmele black head and white body! These things are developing a sense of humour, now I'm convinced.

that eno score is truly great.

i wish i didn't know about his annoying politics. it makes it so much harder for me to listen & enjoy his stuff the way i want to.

The AI picture of you 3 is so funny! Michael has been put through the ringer, Kmele has never been this dirty in his life, and Matt looks so normal (except that he is holding his drink up by the force). No hands involved.....

I have quite a bit of curiosity about Hungary. I’m wondering how long it’ll take for results to start trickling out. But I halfway expect that the results are gonna be a lot like Maduro’s last ride.

I watched both the launch and splashdown for Artemis. Awesome stuff. My background of being downloaded on the Space Coast pops up, though I’ve never been back. The AFB where my parents were living is now a Space Force Base. *shrug*

My born-after-Challenger wife didn’t understand.

I don’t remember any space disasters.

Columbia.

Oh. Yeah.

(I actually ended up going into work after Columbia. I’d had some dental surgery that morning….and the IT network went down….so come to and drive in…(

Also, as Gov. Langley does away with non-partisan redistricting, shout out to Robby and Amber’s recent Free Media show on it.

Also Remy.

Well, I’m convinced - Kmele would make a great CatDad.
